Hoop Professional Services are working with a well known organisation who are currently looking for a Payroller to join them, the position is temp to perm and they are looking for immediate support.


The organisation has went through an amazing period of change and growth over the last few years and have developed a strong team and company culture.

They run multiple payrolls, with around 400 staff on site to cover. They are looking for a payroller with strong experience and a background in timesheet / shift pattern payrolls.


Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the processing of payroll
  • Processing P45s / P11Ds / P60's etc
  • Managing month end processes and reports
  • Calculating sickness, absence, overtime, holiday etc
  • Auto enrolment pensions and liaising with pension providers
  • Updating accurate timesheet data
  • Using Sage50 cloud
  • SSP calculations
  • Managing payroll queries
This isn't an exhaustive list and this role will be a busy, fast paced position covering the full function of payroll

  • Strong background in payroll manging payrolls of 400+
  • Experience with manual payroll
  • Previous experience working on timesheet / shift payrolls
  • Experience with answering payroll queries

Job Type:
Temp to perm

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
£28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday
