Hoop Professional Services are continuing to work with a well established national law firm and they are currently looking for an accounts payable assistant to join them part time for a 9 month contract,


They are an amazing ogansiation, who have devloped and maintained and really welcoming and supportive company culture even whilst growing at a really nice pace.

The role will be 15 hours a week, 9am-12pm monday to friday, and this role can be fully remote,


Responsibilities include:

  • Full process of invoicing (inputting, matching coding)
  • BACS payments
  • Posting direct debit payments
  • Aged creditor reports
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Importing and approving expenses
Person specification

  • Background in accounts payable
  • Strong systems / Excel skills
  • Experience in a fast paced environment
  • Immediately available
