Homeless Service Support Worker

£12,919/annum

Part-Time/Temporary Position for 3+ Months

Location:
Sunderland

We are working with a fantastic Social Housing organisation based in the Northeast who are looking for a Homeless Service Support Worker to join them on a part time/temporary basis.

They have a progressive approach to developing staff and have passionate people driving their success.

The role will see you be responsible for the provision of outstanding housing related support services to vulnerable families at risk of homelessness.

Key accountabilities include:

Safeguard all clients and their families throughout their residence, delivering the role of 'Responsible Person' within the Groups safeguarding processes
Deliver high quality housing related support services from initial assessment to move on
Assist the Homeless Support Services Team Leader with the daytoday requirements of the scheme
