    Develop and implement strategic account roadmaps to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
    Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximise client value.
    Oversee contract negotiation and renewal processes, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
    Maintain accurate records of contract details and client interactions using the company CRM.
    Foster collaboration across internal departments to deliver exceptional customer service.
    Communicate effectively with clients regarding service updates, new offerings, and industry insights.
    Experience in account management.
