Description


As a Customer Service Representative you will be part of the software/customer service team and will be first point of contact for customers over the telephone.


You will be dealing with a variety of queries or technical issues customers might be experiencing ensuring an exceptional level of service at all times.


With more complex issues you will be working closely with the wider team to get these resolved promptly and efficiently.

The role will also involve process improvement and looking at ways to better the customer experience.


Profile
No software or technical experience is required but we are looking for the below

Lots of enthusiasm and passionate about customer service

Driven and dedicated about improving the customer journey

Resilient and self motivated

Excellent telephone manner and a proactive approach

Able to work in a fast paced environment
