Description

You will establish, manage and monitor key management, activity & performance indicators, internal processes, communications and systems, to ensure all responsibilities and requirements associated with Kingspan management systems are adhered to.

You will promote the lean ethos to all employees across the business with the aim to evaluate current processes and procedures, analyse data and implement changes.

Lead and assist in the delivery of improvement projects covering Performance and Growth, Quality Assured, Planet Passionate, People Passionate and any other identified KPI's
Identify and highlight opportunities through data analysis and support in the delivery of the improvement activity
Embed project improvements into the site MS
Partake in the Single Event Analysis (SEA) and champion the corrective action process
Develop and deliver CI training across the full range of identified areas within TED
MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Full driving license
