We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating our team members in a Residential Care Home environment.
- Objective_
- To meet the requirements of the National Minimum Standards, CQC regulations and all other relevant regulations.
- Maintain a standard of client care which earns and maintains a reputation for quality and excellence.
- To ensure compliance with Company Policies and Procedures.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience at NVQ level 2 or above
- Knowledge and understanding of the Care Standards and key lines of enquiry (KLOEs) (this will be changing to Well-Led and I statements)
- Practical knowledge of care planning.
- Ensure all medication is ordered, booked in, administered and destroyed in line with company policy, procedure and regulatory requirements. Ensure effective stock management. Maintain appropriate records relating to good practice, safety and statutory requirements.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Professional, confident, caring, enthusiastic.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Willingness to develop new skills
Pay:
£11.92 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
