About the role:


The Regulatory Affairs Coordinator will support the International Infusion Regulatory Affairs department, ensuring timely and effective delivery of all administrative tasks related to the department.

The coordinator will be responsible for monthly reporting and tracking of the department goals and metrics, in a consistent fashion.


The RA Coordinator is expected to provide support in scheduling event meetings, expense tracking and submission, as well as travel planning, purchase order and vendor creation.


Supporting the RA team in responding to customer queries, assembling files for tenders, or maintaining RA databases, the RA coordinator will have an opportunity to develop RA skills and expertise starting from an entry-level role, learning about the medical devices industry from the ground up.


Main responsibilities will include:


  • Support the RA team in compiling and preparing hardcopy and/or electronic information packages supporting customer requests or enquiries from regulatory agencies or other external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and publish, monthly, status of RA KPIs and deliverables.
  • Collect and publish on a regular basis, RA communications, to disseminate to internal stakeholders.
  • Responsible for vendor creation, maintenance and PO processing for the RA department.
  • Assist in tracking and filing documents associated with RA submissions, projects, programs or other initiatives.
  • Performing tasks as diverse as documentation management, coordination of meetings of RA team, calendar management etc
  • Support the RA team in any projects or tasks as they arise.

About you:


  • Bachelor's degree or any relevant work experience
  • Outstanding communication skills ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills on a crosscultural level with excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills, including engagement with Senior level management
  • Proven ability to work independently with new, complex technologies, office automation programs and corporate database tools to produce professional work products.
  • Must be productive, demonstrate the ability to deal with timeline stress, be able to cope with multiple tasks, and be able to prioritise tasks with the supervisor input.
  • Must be able to capture, write, edit and facilitate assembly of memos, and process product and system information for regulatory purposes
  • Strong work ethic and proven ability to deliver assignments on time.
