The Opportunity

Nigel Wright are delighted to be partnered with a well-established financial services firm in their search for an experienced Financial Services Administrator.

Based in Newcastle City Centre you will be joining an enthusiastic team, supporting Paraplanners and Financial Advisers in the provision and administration of independent financial advice to its clients.


The Role

Duties will include:

  • Preparing, processing and execution of client reviews and new business
  • Contribution of ideas and suggestions to improve team and departmental performance
  • Develop positive, cohesive relationships with clients, the team and the wider firm
  • Efficient Communication with clients, providers and third parties in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Support and maintain existing client business
  • Develop business opportunities and referrals
  • Acquiring and maintaining knowledge of financial services products and platform/IT systems
  • Administration of maintenance of paper/electronic files
  • Adhering to company & regulatory compliance requirements
  • Delivering accurate and timely work.
  • Upholding client confidentiality at all times
