Description

We have an opportunity for a Site Surveyor to join our established Smartspace businesses in Warrington, to take accountability for the development and implementation of all pre and post contract strategies, commercial responsibilities and contract reporting on delegated projects and/ or works packages.


You will be a confident communicator, able to demonstrate the ability to form and develop relationships with client, PQS, design team and supply chain.


The Main Accountabilities also include:


  • Ensure the delivery of highquality commercial reports to the client on time
  • Capturing and submitting variations on the project and get them agreed in a swift manner
  • Issue of tender enquiries and package reconciliation
  • Agree external valuations/ cash flow to maximise project value
  • Review and agree main and subcontract final accounts
  • Regular site visits to meet with the site team and subcontractors. Walk the site and deal with any issues.
  • Administering and Dealing with contract issues upstream with the client and downstream with the supply chain.

To be successful in the role you will already have some relevant experience and strong commercial skills to administer value recovery, cost control and cash management along with the ability to use / understand financial reports and final accounts


Alongside this you will be a confident communicator, able to demonstrate the ability to form and develop relationships with client, PQS, design team and supply chain.
