Customer Service Advisor

  • Toddington

_A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Administrator to join a rapidly expanding manufacturing business in the renewable energy sector. This is a varied and rewarding role, providing support to the customer servicemanager in the business. What would you be doing?

  • Managing and building relationships with multiple customers
  • Supporting existing customers with any issues they may encounter
  • Reporting into the Head of Customer Services/Technical
  • Collecting and reporting customer feedback and other customer success metrics to the Head of Customer Services/Technical
  • You are inquisitive: you ask constructive questions and quickly build an understanding of a customer's situation
  • You can multitask you are organised and can handle multiple relationships, enquiries and ensure all gets done on time and to a high standard
