    We're looking for a Brand & Category Insights Manager to join our team based in Burton/Hybrid

    Your Purpose

    You will lead the insight journey on our Spirits portfolio as part of the wider Category & Brand Insight team. You will be responsible for data gathering, insight generation, opportunity mapping, and ultimately delivery of actionable insights to internal teams and our On and Off Trade customers. You will champion the voice of the spirits customer and consumer through our business planning processes (Integrated Business Planning, and Commercial Planning).

    Key Responsibilities

    • Being the subject matter expert for Spirits insight
    • Building compelling and penetrating consumer and category insight, true 'a-ha' moments from a wide range of sources, targeted to meet specific brand and category needs
    • Be a key influencer in the brand planning and business planning processes for the Spirits brands, ensuring the voice of the consumer and shopper is presented in a compelling and relevant way
    • Create and deliver category insight and actions within the framework of our Category Strategy. Create category growth stories for our brands that are compelling and actionable for both our on and off trade customers.
    • Champion the growth of our Spirits portfolio through better insight provision and delivery across the business and deliver the spirit goals

    About You

    • Experience in consumer or category insight roles in a brand-focussed organisation
    • Demonstrated capability of using a range of research and other insight generating inputs
    • Working with partner agencies.
    • Strong Project Management skills.
    • Impact and influencing skills to ensure objective insights land with the brand and business stakeholders.
