Salary - Up to £36,000 dependent on experience

Team function:


Our B2B Marketing team are responsible for delivering a first-class client experience from enquiry, through lead-nurture to acquisition, identifying and engaging new clients to deliver both scale and adoption of our benefits platform HAPI, as well as fee-based income through our consultancy and subscription-based products and services.


Our aim is to collectively generate new client leads that will scale-up the group and fulfil our growth ambition of £10m to £15m EBITDA.


The role:


We are looking for an enthusiastic strong outbound Marketing Executive to join our B2B team based in Milton Keynes, this is a hybrid role working three days a week in the office.


This is an exciting and varied role that will see you responsible for executing all our out-bound activity for all business units that sit within the Personal Group family.

The activity will be predominantly focused at the 'top of funnel' to drive awareness and secure leads using a combination of out-bound channels.


You will be:


  • Execute our event program creating first class client experiencing including suitable activation with our partners.
  • Ensuring that lead generation tracking, and measures are in place for all events and campaigns
  • Briefing the sales teams in order to gain alignment and support for events and campaigns
  • Execution of our brand narrative to ensure it's accurately reflected in our outbound activity and assets.

This role will be right for you if you are:

  • Clear demonstrable experience of delivering branded events to achieve pre-determined lead generation targets.
  • Between 35yrs experience of delivering outbound channel activity focused on the top of funnel to drive awareness and attract leads from new clients.
  • First class copywriting skills, able to develop compelling copy that reflects our brand narrative and the needs of our customers and clients.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce to build and execute campaign activity.
  • Desirable knowledge of Google analytics, marketing automation (Braze) and Javascript and Adobe Creative Cloud.
