We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Junior IT Support Engineer to join a friendly team and assist with helpdesk queries, hardware builds and software installations. Due to continued growth, there will be opportunities to further developwithin the division.

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 + excellent benefits:
Office-based role
Responsibilities:
- Assist, support, administer and maintain all desktop IT and some network and infrastructure hardware and software triaging
- Diagnosing and resolving any issues and involving 3rd parties where necessary
- Triage, administer and resolve IT Helpdesk queries and issues, closing out within agreed service standards and reporting performance
- Configure/build/test hardware (workstations)
- Monitor system network reporting and escalating issues where appropriate
- Liaise with IT support organisations and suppliers for equipment and licence ordering and management
- Review, manage and maintain printer fleet and resolve print related issues
- Manage and maintain telephone and mobile communication equipment and resolve all related issues
- Maintain the IT integration of all other electronic devices
- Support the setting up users on domains, printer setups, hardware builds/installations and IP networking
- Install, configure and troubleshoot the Microsoft suite of products, specifically Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Terminal Services, Microsoft Desktop, Windows Server/Exchange experience, Microsoft operating systems and MS Office
- Manage, plan and perform the IT and telecommunication elements of businessdriven office moves and reorganisations
Required Skills / Competencies:
- Proven experience of IT Support within an office environment
- Excellent organisational and problemsolving skills
