Description

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Junior IT Support Engineer to join a friendly team and assist with helpdesk queries, hardware builds and software installations. Due to continued growth, there will be opportunities to further developwithin the division.

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 + excellent benefits:

Office-based role

Responsibilities:

Assist, support, administer and maintain all desktop IT and some network and infrastructure hardware and software triaging
Diagnosing and resolving any issues and involving 3rd parties where necessary
Triage, administer and resolve IT Helpdesk queries and issues, closing out within agreed service standards and reporting performance
Configure/build/test hardware (workstations)
Monitor system network reporting and escalating issues where appropriate
Liaise with IT support organisations and suppliers for equipment and licence ordering and management
Review, manage and maintain printer fleet and resolve print related issues
Manage and maintain telephone and mobile communication equipment and resolve all related issues
Maintain the IT integration of all other electronic devices
Support the setting up users on domains, printer setups, hardware builds/installations and IP networking
Install, configure and troubleshoot the Microsoft suite of products, specifically Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Terminal Services, Microsoft Desktop, Windows Server/Exchange experience, Microsoft operating systems and MS Office
Manage, plan and perform the IT and telecommunication elements of businessdriven office moves and reorganisations
