- Excavation Work: Perform machine excavation, hand excavation, and backfilling excavation tasks as required. Previous experience in grave digging is desirable.
- Grounds Maintenance: Undertake grounds maintenance duties as needed, including landscaping, grass cutting, and general upkeep of outdoor spaces.
- Physical Tasks: Demonstrate physical capability to carry out lifting, handling, and hand excavation activities effectively and safely.
- Adherence to Timescales: Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and adhere to specified timescales. Ability to work under pressure and follow instructions as needed.

- Equipment Operation: Utilize mechanical excavators, such as the Bobcat 1.7 series, and Thwaites dumper (1 tonne) to carry out excavation and landscaping tasks. Previous experience operating this equipment is preferred.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to accomplish tasks and contribute to the overall success of projects.
- Previous experience in excavation work, with specific experience in machine excavation, hand excavation, and backfilling excavation. Grave digging experience is desirable.
