The Role:

The Person:

Essential:
Full UK Driving licence

A good level of fitness

knowledge of building methods and materials

Be able to diagnose maintenance problems and identify solutions.

Be able to organise and prioritise a varied workload to meet targets.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Able to work at heights

Awareness of on-site health and safety

Minimum 5 years experience in one or more of the fields listed below

Have own hand / battery tools

Own van desirable (millage allowance paid for business use); however, not essential.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£12.00-£15.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

COVID-19 considerations:
Covid-19 policies in place.


Experience:


  • Bricklaying: 5 years (preferred)
  • Plastering: 5 years (preferred)
  • Plumbing: 5 years (preferred)
  • Joinery: 5 years (preferred)
Ground Works: 5 years (preferred)
