    The Role:

    As a multi skilled tradesperson, you will be expected to carry out all aspects of domestic/commercial building work and property maintenance, and complete all inhouse training requirements, to continue with the continued success of the business. The successful candidate will be required to carry out all tasks to a high standard and complete quality checks, paperwork and digital software entries in line with IPSL policies and guidance procedures.

    The Person:

    Candidates to demonstrate excellent tradesperson skills, sector knowledge and experience; be motivated to work independently and as part of a team and have a keen eye for detail. Excellent customer service and planning skills, taking pride in your work and the ability to achieve set targets and deadlines are also essential.

    Essential:

    • Full Clean UK Driving licence
    • Clear enhanced DBS Check
    • Computer Literate
    • A good level of fitness
    • Knowledge of building methods and materials
    • Be able to diagnose maintenance problems and identify solutions.
    • Be able to organise and prioritise a varied workload to meet targets.
    • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
    • Able to work at heights.
    • Awareness of on-site health and safety
    • Have own hand / battery tools.
    • Own van desirable; however, not essential. (mileage allowance paid for business use only)
    • Minimum 5 years experience in one or more of the fields listed below.
