  • Teaching students using various new approaches such as settings examples of day to day scenarios in the clinical settings, telling some sample situations where they can use evidence based approaches in the care, by experiments such as demonstrations to make them understand what are all the best approaches in care and ask them to provide feedback on it. In some cases, research projects also I have used to explain them some theories and concepts of nursing.
  • By having good communication skills, not only talking more but also listening students’ point of view wherever possible, I have motivated students to engage in real-world learning to make them enjoy the best experience of learning.
