I am working on behalf of an established domiciliary care company who are seeking a Registered Manager for their service based in Hinckley, Leicestershire. The service works closely with the Warwickshire and Leicestershire local authorities

This company are one of the major providers for high quality homecare in the Midlands area. You would be joining a passionate team that will provide excellent levels of support whilst allowing lots of autonomy. There is also no on call and 33 days annualleave with this company

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:

  • Managing the day to day running of the branch and delivery of care
  • Ensure the service is compliant with CQC regulations
  • Ensure clients are having the best experience possible
  • Work closely with the Senior management team in growing the service
  • Liaising with various stakeholders
  • Manage and lead the dedicated care team

Registered Manager Requirements:


  • Previous domiciliary care experience
  • Management experience in the care sector
  • Good knowledge of CQC regulations
  • Good communication skills and transparency
  • Knowledge of the Hinkley and Warwickshire area desirable
  • Level 5 in Leadership and Management or working towards
  • Excellent personal skills
  • Passionate about delivering highquality care
