Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced Credit Controller to work for a large manufacturing organisation based in Wallingford, OxfordshireRole:
Credit ControllerSalary:
£28,000 Per AnnumLocation: Wallingford, OxfordshireHours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30Key Responsibilities of the
Credit Controller:
Manage Accounts ReceivableManage incoming payments.
Credit Control management including blocked orders.
Manage debt recovery of creditors.
Managing credit limits and Credit InsuranceA/R Reconciliation including of intercompany accounts (Quarterly IC service Invoice)Assist in audit / year-end financial closure.
Participate in possible projects.Ad hoc & other such duties as required.
Main Objectives:
Manage and oversee Credit ControlOversee Credit InsuranceManage and oversee Accounts Receivable incl. new accounts set up.
Manage incoming payments.Provide support at month end as required.
About you:
High level of numeracy skills and a high attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.
Enjoys working towards deadlines.
Computer literate with good MS office skillsSAP experience desirableUnderstanding of UK accounting principles including VATInterpersonal Skills:
Ability to build rapport with stakeholdersExcellent in written & oral communicationExperience:Previous experience within a Credit Control role.
