    Actuarial Manager - Join Our Team!

    • Our team plays a crucial role in assisting clients during uncertain times.
    • Actuaries analyze potential future events impacting businesses and assess the repercussions for our clients.
    • Utilizing our risk assessment and analytical expertise, we evaluate the effects of demographic shifts, legislative changes on pension schemes, financial market variations on organizations, and potential business risks like natural disasters.
    • The Pensions Management Consulting (PMC) team at PwC collaborates with clients to establish and maintain efficient pension scheme operations and governance processes.
    • **Through a complicated environment marked by legislative alterations and financial pressures, we continuously adapt the governance of these schemes to control costs and operational risks.
    • As part of the People & Organization network, our PMC team possesses specialized skills in pension projects, including outsourcing, software implementation, data analysis, governance, and risk management.
    • We engage with prominent private sector companies and contribute significantly to the evolution of pension services in the public sector.
    • We are looking to recruit 2 Managers to expand our team.
    • Applicants should have a strong background in pensions projects, client interaction, and the ability to adapt to evolving client needs.

    Qualifications:

    • PMI qualified or in progress
    • Prince 2 qualified or in progress (desired)
    • Extensive pensions knowledge
    • Experience in trust and/or contract-based pensions
    • Commercial and technical expertise
    • Proven client management and consulting abilities
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
    • Good understanding of the pensions industry and digital trends
    • Experience in pension change management projects
    • Leadership skills and the ability to manage teams
    • Soft skills such as adaptability, critical thinking, and teamwork
    • Willingness to travel and meet project deadlines

    Education: Degree level

    This role involves travel and potential overseas assignments. Candidates must be prepared for such requirements.
