Trainee Property Valuation Coordinator

Full Time Permanent - Hybrid Working (After Probation)

NG6, Nottingham

£21,255 per annum (OTE £25,755)

Duties

To produce property valuation reports
To deliver targets and excellent service to both clients and colleagues
To evaluate online research alongside external information
To create marketing evaluation packs which will recommend an Established Valuation

- and suggested marketing price for properties in line with clients 'requirements

To challenge information supplied by Agents to substantiate valuations
To ensure effective communication between all internal and external clients
To provide excellent customer service to clients to ensure that business relationships are maintained and sustained to ensure The business grows and develops in line with its financial forecast
Weekend working will be required
