Role Overview

In a newly created role within our Skills team, we are seeking to appoint a Compliance Administrator.

You will become part of an experienced and knowledgeable team, delivering life changing programmes across the North East and will deliver support to maintain effective information management across the full Skills team, and on occasion, wider organisation.


Duties & Responsibilities:
This role will include, but may not be limited to:

  • Taking ownership and accountability of capturing critical information relating to our funding sources, maintaining the end-to-end process.
  • Managing the input of information across multiple data management systems, including external systems
  • Working closely with key team members to ensure information is accurate, and up to date.
  • Preparing accurate information & reports ready for claim submissions.
  • Managing petty cash and expense payments for our bootcamp learners.
  • Provide admin support for the finance team as and when required.
