**Position 1: **Monday 8-1.30
Tuesday 8-1.30
Wednesday 1-6.30
Thursday 1-6.30
Friday 1-6.30

**Position 2: **Monday 1-6.30
Tuesday 1-6.30
Wednesday 8-1.30
Thursday 1-6.30
Friday 1-6.30

Salary:
£10.00 ph going up to £10.50ph in April 2023

The job will involve

Booking appointments for patients with the required professional
Using SystemOne (no experience required)
Supporting colleagues to maintain an efficient and friendly team atmosphere
Dealing with general enquiries from patients and visitors in a helpful and efficient manner
Greeting patients, doctors and visitors at Reception in a polite and friendly manner
Answering the telephone promptly and courteously
Making appointments using the computerised appointments system
Assisting patients to complete new registration forms
Assisting with any other administration required
Administering the procedure for repeat prescriptions.

The Person will

Have previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer servicefocussed role (required)
Be able to pick up new systems and ways of working quickly
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Have the ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
Have a keen eye for detail
Be able to work to strict deadlines but also have a flexible approach to their work
Be competent in the use of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
