The role:

To act in loco parentis for c.60 boys aged 13-18 during term time, ensuring the pupils develop their individual potential to the fullest extent.

Leading a resident and non-resident House team you will be responsible for enabling each boy to develop into a well rounded, mature and responsible young adult within an inclusive and nurturing environment.

The School:

Oundle School is one of the country's leading co-educational boarding and day schools, with 840 boarding and 300 day pupils from Year A further 260 day pupils attend Laxton Junior School from Reception to Year 6.
