If so, we have just the opportunity for you as a Tenancy Support Worker

About the role:

The Community Support Team is a tenancy support service for a local housing association. The team offers support to customers to enable them to maintain their homes and maximise their income.

Please note that this role will be community based and will involve traveling around Nottingham and Derbyshire to support customers in their homes.

No two days will be the same

It's a fast paced but rewarding service as the support you will provide will help our customers sustain their tenancies and manage their finances effectively.

You'll also need to advocate for our tenants when necessary by bringing in other support, careand health providers

What do you need to have?
- an understanding of maximising tenant income
- a good understanding of housing related support
- experience of working with vulnerable people
- ability to lone work
- good organisation skills

Full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential as there will be a requirement to travel around Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. You will be reimbursed for your business mileage costs (0.54p per mile); for which you will need business cover onyour car insurance.

Working hours - Monday to Friday 9-5 however flexibility is required to meet customers' needs.
