Description

Our client, based in Lichfield
, is currently recruiting for a part-time HR Advisor on a temporarycontract for 2-3 months with the likelihood of extension/being made permanent.

The position is due to start immediately on a part-time basis, 3 days in office. The hourly rate ranges between £15-£18ph PAYE inclusive of holiday pay.


Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Delivering training and supporting with employee development
  • Maintaining and updating database
  • Leading on employee inductions for new starters
  • Providing advice and coaching to manager and employees
  • Support with implementation and development of HR policies and procedures
  • Guiding on employment law and HR related queries

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:


  • Knowledge of employment law
  • Experience delivering training

Working hours:


  • 22.5 hours per week
  • Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm
