Description

To provide a comprehensive support service within the Leasehold Services covering the full range of administration support activity and providing an efficient and effective Leasehold transactional service.


  • To work with colleagues in the team to deliver excellent customer service and to continually improve service delivery.
  • To help process and monitor a range of service activity
  • To organise and execute strategic and operational meetings for Property Services management team. This includes sending invitations, sourcing dates and venues, refreshments and ensuring all aspects of arranging these meetings are carried out.
  • Undertake and coordinate the delivery on all internal and external correspondences to all THH stakeholders. This includes report through BOXi to identify our residents' addresses and absent landlords.
  • Responsible for keeping and updating a record of reported defects through our IT systems
  • Carry out a full range of support and administrative tasks as directed by Line management including recording all types of record keeping, archiving, filing, scanning of documents, office coverage, answering of telephones, ICT requests, distribution of internal post etc.
  • Responsible for the assignment, resolutions and chase up on 48hr call back.

Rate:
£16.47 Umbrella


Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 16.47 months

£16.47 per hour
