- Maintain good and effective working relationships with fellow staff, the staff from the client and key suppliers for your project, taking a lead where appropriate in communications.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and procedures in accordance with Kier and Network Rail/ Nexus standards.
- Support the Project Manager with cost management of the project, ensuring robust control of sub-contract cost, actual costs and forecasts through commercial awareness.
- Create a programme to plan and measure the weekly/ monthly lookahead.
- Support the implantation of the Permanent & Temporary works ensuring the Quality is in-line with the relevant standards.
- Relevant qualifications – degree level, or equivalent experience
- SMSTS Site Manager
- Knowledge and experience of the main management systems and processes used within a similar business, preferably in the Rail Sector

What will your responsibilities be?
As a Sub Agent, you'll be working within the Kier Transportation team, supporting the Rail business and help to expand our capability and geographical presence as a tier 1 contractor working for Network Rail and other Rail clients.
