Description
FRS are recruiting an Accounts Assistant for an SME based in Coleshill.Working in an office based position, you will be working as part of a small finance team and working closely with the Finance Director.
Duties will include:
Managing a wide variety of bookkeeping and accounts tasks
Processing purchase ledger invoices and supplier payments
Suppliers account reconciliation
Sales ledgers payments and credit control
Dealing with customer-related queries for sales and purchase ledger
Bank reconciliations
Supporting the Chief Finance Officer with purchasing and IT tasks
Processing Credit notes
Month-end and year end support
Other ad-hoc duties
