Our client is the lead company for a group of companies that provide Housing Solutions, Health & Social Care, with a strong charitable / social enterprise element.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working in the role as an Administrator
- Have some office management experience
- Good allround working knowledge of MS Office and other company CRM systems
- Experience of taking minutes in management meetings
- Experience using Webroster an advantage
- Be organised, team player, able to work on your own initiative
What the role involves:
This role will involve providing a comprehensive administrative/secretarial support to CEO and senior management staff.
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Taking responsibility for managing the office, including a mix of Health & Safety and Human Resources administrative tasks
- Ensure an efficient reception service is provided
- Provide a comprehensive administrative/secretarial service, undertaking word processing as required. This will include letters, reports, minutes of meetings, spreadsheets
- Develop and maintain audit systems to monitor staff training and development
- Support managers to produce quarterly operational reports
- Responsible for ensuring that photocopiers / all office equipment is maintained in good working order and to organise training for their use as appropriate
- Contribute to the updating of publicity materials and provide administrative support for the printing of publications, leaflets etc
- Overseeing the general tidiness of the premises
Salary/Hours:
£21,000 - £25,000K. Working Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday 9am - 4.30pm. 37.5-hour week.
