Job Purpose/Key Role:


Main Duties/Responsibilities/Accountabilities:


  • Generate service contract quotations for different clients and understand their needs and assets on site whilst thinking about the geographical area they are located in.
  • Providing support and management for existing contracts for our servicing/maintenance.
  • Implement strategies to improve the servicing in general and keep up to date with the servicing schedules in place for each account.
  • Asset management
  • Managing the excel spreadsheets that we currently use for servicing
  • Writing service contracts and invoicing.
  • Quoting for any remedial/reactive works needed after the service
  • Quoting and keeping on top of the servicing renewals and when they are due
  • Sales order processing and purchase order processing
  • Providing service reports for all clients that have a service contract with us once the service is complete
  • Keeping to service contract deadlines
  • Generally, assist in the smooth running of the operations department and manage the workflow.

Person Specification:

Qualifications:Educated as a minimum to GCSE level/equivalent and /or be able to demonstrate relevant business experience


Knowledge:
Demonstrate good knowledge of administration roles.

Experience: Have a good understanding of I.T. and customer service. Have confidence in working to key client deadlines and requirements.

Personal Skills:Able to work on own initiative and as well as part of a wider team. Able to provide a favourable and professional impression by demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Technical Skills: Demonstrate an ability to use IT proficiently using Microsoft packages, the internet and management information systems.

Any industry knowledge/experience is desirable.


Salary:
£22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
