Description
A new opportunity has arisen to work for a national housing provider on a contract basis.

The successful Floor Layer will be required to complete reactive and planned works within social housing properties and communal areas in Nottingham and surrounding areas.


Pay Rate:
- £19 - £20ph (umbrella rate)


Floor Layer Duties Required:

  • Identify and undertake flooring and associated work as directed
  • Carry out multiskill activity (trade work not attached to your core skill) as required and within competency
  • Ensure health and safety is followed at all times
  • Customer service

Qualifications Required:

  • Basic DBS Check
