Group Finance Manager

Location:
Warrington with hybrid working

Salary:
£50-£60K dependant on experience
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Accountant to join a highly successful and growing group of Companies.

This is a business services Company with a turnover of circa £20million that is growing through new business wins, acquisitions and mergers.

The group is looking to appoint a Group Finance Manager which is a newly created role that will report into the Finance Director.

Playing a key role as part of the senior leadership team, this 'hands on' role will cover all aspects of financial reporting and control.

Key responsibilities as Group Finance Manager will include:

Preparation of monthly Group management accounts and consolidation of the Group management accounts,
Preparation of forecasts and budgets,
Cash flow projections and other adhoc data analyses and reporting.
Assisting with the half year and year end process including statutory audit and tax.
Support financial analysis and integration aspects of acquisitions and other strategic projects
Developing and managing financial systems/policies, constantly seeking to improve processes and procedures.
Ideally a qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) or equivalent with experience within the facilities management/ construction sector or similar
Good all round accounting skills and happy to be 'hands on'
Preparation of consolidated monthly financial reporting.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent organisation, planning and communication skills meeting group expectations
