Hybrid Payroll Specialist (FTC)

  • Monthly processing on multiple payrolls (6 different payrolls with approx staff across)
  • Making manual adjustments and calculations when necessary
  • Payroll Changes on ADP Platform
  • SSP, SMP, Holiday etc.
  • Generating ad hoc reports when required
  • Querying data and checking input
  • Production of P11D's
Ad Hoc HR Assistant Responsibilities (WILL BE TRAINED)

  • Creating offer letters
  • Assisting the HR BP's when needed
  • Conducting Life Assurance Renewals
  • Income Protection
  • HR Reporting when needed

The Successful Applicant:

Hybrid Payroll Specialist (FTC)

  • Available Immediately or on short notice (ideally)
  • Carry the ability to process payroll start to finish
  • Happy to assist with ad hoc HR responsibilities (70% Payroll, 30% HR)
  • Carry excellent MS knowledge (Excel)
  • Happy to work independently but also assist the wider team
  • Comfortable with a fluid environment

What's on Offer:

Hybrid Payroll Specialist (FTC)
Office Requirements: 3/4 days for training but 2 days in office per week (Hounslow)
