Self-Employed Lash Artist (Renting a Treatment Room)


Job Description:


We are searching for a highly skilled and self-motivated Lash Artist to join our salon as a self-employed professional on a rent a treatment room basis.

As a Lash Artist, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in lash extensions and provide exceptional customer service to a diverse clientele.


Responsibilities:


Consultation and Design:
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their desired look, eye shape, and preferences. Make recommendations based on their natural lashes and desired outcome, ensuring client satisfaction with the final result.

Maintain Cleanliness and Sanitation:

Adhere to strict hygiene practices, ensuring that all tools, equipment, and treatment areas are properly sterilized and sanitized in accordance with industry standards.

Maintain a clean and organized treatment room for a pleasant client experience.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service by creating a warm and welcoming environment, developing positive relationships with clients, and addressing their questions, concerns, and needs throughout their lash extension journey.


Appointment Management:

Manage your own schedule effectively, including booking and confirming appointments, ensuring punctuality, and maintaining accurate records of client preferences and progress.


Upselling and Retail Opportunities:

Offer additional lash services, including lash lifts, brow tinting, and retail lash products, leveraging opportunities to enhance the client experience and increase revenue.


Requirements:


Valid Lash Technician Certification:
Possess a valid lash technician certification from a recognized institution or professional training program. Stay updated with the latest techniques, trends, and safety protocols in the lash industry.

Excellent Communication:

Display strong communication and interpersonal skills, actively listening to clients' needs and preferences, effectively educating them about proper aftercare to maintain the longevity of their lash extensions.


Professionalism and Reliability:

Exhibit professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic, ensuring punctuality, maintaining a professional appearance, and upholding high standards of hygiene and sanitation.


  • Business-minded: Show an entrepreneurial spirit, as this position involves renting a treatment room and managing your own client base and services.
