    Job Responsibility:

    We have an opportunity for a Customer Service & Team Administrator to join our client's team. This is a full-time Office based role Monday-Friday. Once completed probation period, a flexible working model could be considered.

    The ideal candidate will have a good educational background, Relevant experience in dealing with public within a healthcare environment.

    Provide machines to our clients throughout the UK. We work in partnership with our manufacturers to design and develop APC machines that allow patients to collect their prescription medicine 24/7.

    Must Haves:

    • A good general education is useful in addition up to 3 subjects at National 4 or 5 including English and Math's.
    • Relevant experience can be more important than formal qualifications.
    • Previous experience of dealing with the public within the healthcare environment is useful.
    • Be organised and accurate.
    • Knowledge of computer systems and an ability to operate commonly used software is essential.
    • Proficient on CRM systems (Zoho would be an advantage but not essential).

    Responsibilities:

    • Dealing with customers via our help desk functionality by phone or email from your place of work.
    • Answering enquiries and recording customer queries about machines, installation and/or ongoing service and maintenance.
    • Recording customer "tickets" and entering them onto the Customer Resource Management system.
    • Understanding the products in detail for customers, helping them with day to day operating problems.
    • Supporting team members in the delivery of their various projects.
    • Arranging to post out information or goods to customers.
    • Passing enquiries on to a specialist who can take things further.
    • Keeping accurate records of all enquiries.
    • Helping to train new staff.
    • You would work in an office manning the customer service desk.
    • You may spend a lot of time on the telephone using a headset, and a computer.
    • You might have to deal with a constant queue of customers or phone calls.
    • You might get little time between calls to do the data entry and may need to multi-task in order to perform your role effectively.

    Hours:

    • 40 hours per week.

    Salary:

    • £23,000 per annum.
