Part-time Administrator required to join a well-known manufacturing company based in Pickering on a Temporary basis, which could lead to a permanent role for the right person.


Some of the Customer Service Administrator responsibilities are:

  • Answering the phones helping with enquiries
  • Processing sales order
  • Inputting purchase invoices
  • Arranging couriers to deliver items to customers.
  • Supporting in the showroom with customer enquires
  • Some manual handling, helping to move parts and orders to the correct workstations and collections points for customers.
  • General administration tasks


The working hours would be Wednesday, Thursday 8.00am-5.00pm and Friday 8.00am-4.00pm with a 30-minute lunch break, along with 1-in-3 Saturdays working 8:30am-1:00pm.

This is an expectation across the business therefore all staff do support this with this on a fair rota.

This will be earning between £11-£12 per hour depending on experience.
