Description
Part-time Administrator required to join a well-known manufacturing company based in Pickering on a Temporary basis, which could lead to a permanent role for the right person.
Some of the Customer Service Administrator responsibilities are:
- Answering the phones helping with enquiries
- Processing sales order
- Inputting purchase invoices
- Arranging couriers to deliver items to customers.
- Supporting in the showroom with customer enquires
- Some manual handling, helping to move parts and orders to the correct workstations and collections points for customers.
- General administration tasks
The working hours would be Wednesday, Thursday 8.00am-5.00pm and Friday 8.00am-4.00pm with a 30-minute lunch break, along with 1-in-3 Saturdays working 8:30am-1:00pm.
This will be earning between £11-£12 per hour depending on experience.
