Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity?

Our client a well-respected Estate Agency, is currently seeking an experienced Sales Valuer to join their successful team.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 8:30 am
5:30 pm / 6 pm

The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:

Basic salary of £25,000
£30,000
OTE £40,000 £45,000

To be considered for the Sales Valuer role you must have:

Essential to have excellent knowledge of the property market including property trends
Must possess a full driver's license and have access to a vehicle for business purposes
A strong desire to be successful
Strong valuation experience at either Branch Manager or Senior Negotiator/Valuer level
A passion for delivering excellent customer service
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

As a Sales Valuer, your role will involve:

Conducting Valuations
Providing market value
Selling the services of our clients
Closing for business
Gaining Instructions
