Our client, a luxury travel brand, is seeking a Luxury Golf Travel Sales Consultant to tailor-make worldwide golfing holidays.

You will be using your expertise and golf travel knowledge to maintain and grow a portfolio of clients so excellent customer service is key to this role.


Luxury Golf Travel Sales Consultant responsibilities:

  • Identify each client's needs and preferences and ensure sales opportunities are maximised
  • Use your extensive golf destination knowledge to identify each client's specific needs and preferences
  • Handle golf enquiries and reservation requests from clients and convert to bookings
  • Resolve any operational problems or potential complaints quickly and efficiently
  • Ensure quality control procedures are maintained and continually improved

Luxury Golf Travel Sales Consultants requirements:

  • Strong booking and processing skills and sales ability
  • Knowledge of a GDS preferable
  • Excellent travel industry and worldwide golf travel knowledge
  • Outstanding communication, admin and numerical skills
  • High level of accuracy and attentiontodetail for professional presentation of all documentation
