EA to Founding Partner - Executive Search Experience

12 month maternity cover FTC

May/June 2023 start date

£5- 60k

The Company

A leading executive search firm that works with some of the most exciting organisations and brands across all consumer facing sectors.

The Role

This is a fabulous role, the current EA couldn't speak highly enough about the company and the Partner she supports.

Supporting the Founder of this boutique Search firm with an amazing reputation as a market leader in the world of fashion and consumer.

This role requires an experienced EA and Project Manager to work closely with the Founding Partner, to manage high profile stakeholders in well-known fashion businesses.

A great individual to work with, displaying creativity, passion and fantastic communicationskills.

Day to day EA responsibilities to ensure the Partner's business life runs smoothly which includes full diary and meeting management, creation of documentation, ensure completion of tasks and meetings run to time
Full management of the search process from kickoff through to final invoice and all associated administration responsiblities.
Build up strong relationships with stakeholders
Assist with the Partner's BD strategy
Manage events such as company awaydays, socials, client events

Requirements:

Executive Search experience and a passion for the sector
A calm, pragmatic approach, able to push back when necessary and be sensitive to stressful situations
Able to manage multiple assignments and stakeholders
