Data Cleansing Officer required for our public sector client
3 months - possible extension
£17.77 PAYE / £22.76 Umbrella
Will be required in the office most of the time, especially during the first week weeks.

Migrated to a new IT system (Synergy) we need additional support with data cleansing and providing additional capacity within the team for the initial term of running this new system.


Skill set required:


  • Financially literate the transactions and data relate to estimate and actual payments
  • Attention to detail
  • Any previous experience of using Synergy
  • Education Management System a preference but not a showstopper
  • Being confident in their communications


Ensuring that data on the Housing business system is recorded correctly, in a timely manner and an accurate reflection of the truth and cleansing records where this is not the case.


Role Purpose and Role Dimensions:


To support the data cleansing and data improvement programme for the housing business systems team to ensure data migrated to the new incoming system is meaningful and fit for purpose.

To ensure that the data quality of all information held is sufficient to produce appropriate performance and management information to inform the business.

The post-holder will be instrumental in the development, delivery and on-going review of the data quality and data improvement programmes.
