Description
Our client, based in Warwickshire
, is currently recruiting for a HR Advisor on a temporarycontract for three months.

The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The hourly rate is up to £21ph PAYE inclusive of holiday pay.


Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Managing high volume ER casework including complex cases, disciplinaries, grievances, sickness, absence and performance management
  • Advising managers throughout investigations and hearings, taking a best practice approach to conflict resolution
  • Producing reports on employee KPIs to identify trends around absence, sickness and performance to reduce casework
  • Guiding managers on processes and firmly explain what actions to take

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:


  • Extensive ER experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • CIPD qualified

Working hours:


  • 35 hours per week


  • Monday

  • Friday 9am5pm
