Your New Role
This is a fantastic opportunity, for an enthusiastic self-starter to join the Warner Bros.

Discovery People Relations EMEA function and support this arm of the global team primarily focusing on notetaking and assisting with other administrative tasks.

The People Relations team's key role is to undertake workplace investigations (of concerns arising primarily out of our Equal Employment Opportunity policies) and facilitate the resolution of employment-related claims in compliance with local laws, Company policy and Company initiatives.

The team works closely and collaboratively with HR, our in-house Legal team and other partners and stakeholders across the Warner Bros.

Discovery business.


Your Role Accountabilities

  • Supporting the EMEA People Relations team investigators with notetaking during a variety of sensitive investigation related meetings.
  • Complete general administrative duties including managing diaries, submission of expense claims, invoices and scheduling meetings.
  • Liaising on a routine basis with the People Relations team's partners (including HR and In-House Counsel) as appropriate.
  • Ensure investigation notes are accurate and ready to be shared with the PR team and others as necessary.
  • Maintaining and updating any internal files, reports and databases as required.
  • The People Relations team is a remote function so it is envisaged that this role will be homebased, with travel to our various UK locations as required. People Relations EMEA are part of a Global team reporting to the US so some flexibility in working hours may be required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Relevant experience of working as a Notetaker, Assistant or Coordinator in an HR, Legal, or Investigations team.
  • Previous experience of working on investigations or as a part of a Human Resource team.
  • Ability to work in a discreet, confidential, and sensitive manner.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of personnel including our employees, lawyers, and business unit executives.
  • Prior Human Resources or Legal experience would be advantageous.
  • Ability to work in another European language (Polish, French, or Spanish in particular) in addition to English is an added advantage.
