Administrator required to perform the following tasks:
Prepare appropriate client meeting packs- (introductory, factfind, review and presentation meetings).
Create new client records for new business and prospects.

Responsible for ensuring all prospects are uploaded and ringfenced.

Responsible for maintaining fully compliant records; update database.

Update database after every client meeting (including notes taken).

Update business cases on whiteboards and relevant tracking and processing spreadsheets.

Responsibility for the end-to-end processing of all business in a timely manner.

Responsibility for processing withdrawals, contributions, fund switches and client requests such as name change
.

Effectively track LoA's and check plan information; updating systems.
-
Proof read suitability letters.
-
Administer client complaints (to be overseen by a paraplanner).

Check Policy Services mail on a weekly basis (send letters where necessary).
-
Take responsibility for own professional development.

Assist clients with completion of medical questionnaires.

Provide clients with a timely update as to progress of business.
-
Ensure that the business is registered with new external providers.
-
Answer the telephone within the agreed service level.

Meet and greet clients in the absence of the PA.

Adhere to rota for general office duties
