Senior Receptionist - £33.6k - Monday - Friday - Paddington - 8:00 - 5:00pm


An exciting opportunity to join a front of house team who pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service are seeking a senior receptionist to join their team.

This is a perfect role for an experienced front of house expert looking to progresstheir career and have more responsibility

The position will involve the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide day to day direction and coaching to the reception team making sure bespoke client-focused service is delivered in line with company values
  • Review the rota to ensure adequate cover at all times to maintain the provision of a consistent service.
  • Review processes and recommend improvements to make sure they evolve to meet the changing needs of the business and ensure standards are delivered in line with KPIs and Mystery Shops
  • Manage and deliver monthly reports to management and clients
  • Anticipating client requirements accordingly
  • Reviews following days/weeks meeting bookings are covered/catered for/booked properly. (Using Condeco booking system)
  • To work closely with key stakeholders forging positive working relationships with the community

The required experience and attributes is as follows:

  • Great communication skills and an enjoyment of helping and assisting people
  • A team motivator and someone passionate in delivering great service
  • Flexible and the willingness to work outside of the job description
  • Excellent Microsoft packages experience
