Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team.

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries in a professional manner.


Duties:


  • Respond to customer inquiries via various face to face channels
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy
  • Upsell products or services to increase revenue
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Proficiency in English
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous for diverse customer interactions
  • Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £23,666.60 per year
