We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team.As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries in a professional manner.
Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via various face to face channels
- Provide information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Proficiency in English
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for diverse customer interactions
- Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
Job Types:

From £23,666.60 per year
