We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our call centre team.As a Call Centre Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally
- Provide information about products and services, answer inquiries, and address complaints
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure quality customer service
- Analyze customer needs to recommend or upsell products
Skills:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate information clearly
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment

Pay:
From £24,257.64 per year
