Contract Logistics Team Leader:

We are currently seeking an experienced Admin Team Leader to lead and manage our administrative team in the UK.

As the Admin Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.


  • Your responsibilities:
  • Lead, manage and motivate a team of administrators
  • Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve administrative efficiency
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Monitor and manage team performance and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Ordering and invoice reconciliation

Your skills:


  • Proven experience as an Admin Team Leader or similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
