Overview
The i3Works Fast Track Consultant (FTC) Programme is a bespoke scheme designed to rapidly upskill graduates from any discipline to become expert management consultants within digital and technology-centric environments.
Our FTC programme is part of the i3institute, and builds knowledge through a blend of hands-on experience and industry leading qualifications where individuals benefit from:- Experience across our services through structured rotations
- Allocated study time to work towards qualifications
- Working alongside colleagues at all levels of the company, to serve our clients and contribute to business development activities
- One to one coaching throughout the programme

As part of the team, you will build a base of experience and knowledge in Project Management methodologies and approaches.
You will be given experience throughout the entire business, during which you will have the opportunity to lead and deliver both internal and client work.
Responsibilities:
Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting client projects with the aim of leading projects as the scheme progresses
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and associates
- Developing and implementing new skills and training
- Carrying out research and data collection for internal and client projects
- Assisting the company in bidding for new contracts
- Assisting the company with its media, marketing and sales strategy
- Working with senior members to shape our business and future direction
Essential requirements:
We are seeking highly motivated graduates who are data driven, take pride in their work and thrive in a challenge.
We accept graduates from all levels of study - from bachelors (predicted to/having obtained a 2:1 or 1st) through to doctorates and are keen to take on applicants from a range of backgrounds and disciplines.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience in data analysis and interpretation
- Proactive and selfmotivated
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively work remotely
- Strong desire to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills
- Driving licence, valid in the UK
Additional requirements:
The following requirements would be advantageous but are not essential:
- Experience in managing your own project
- Experience in stakeholder management
Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
